He structured the pricing model and focused distribution model for launch of the video scaling, streaming video, and digital zoom technologies. Stephen began his technology career in 1995 with Thomson multimedia, SA, the French technology company now conducting business under the Technicolor, Thomson Consumer Products, Thomson Broadcast, and Thomson Video Networks brands, positioning the company, by way of partnerships with DIRECTV, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation, for a successful 1999 IPO lead managed by Goldman Sachs & Co. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from S.U.N.Y. Binghamton, MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, and a JD from Columbia Law School.
